The Okavango Delta is formed by the 18,5 billion cu metres of water that annually spread like and open palm across the Kalahari sands. The river loses itself in a 16.000 Km2 maze of lagoons, channels and islands. This waters in middle of the desert, attract myriad birds and other wildlife, as well as many tourists. A two days mokoro trip combines the relaxing experience of gliding through watery expanses and some walks on palm islands searching birds and wild animals.
