The lower dial is a calendar. It shows when fasting begins, and when Easter and Pentecost occur. With the help of the table you can calculate the special weekday for any date between 1923 and 2123. In the middle of the calendar stands the second patron saint of the cathedral, Saint Laurent and at the sides are the symbols of the four evangelists.
