Justinianus, who can be seen on the left wall of the sanctuary, is clearly Justinianus for the simple reason that he is wearing the red and purple shoes that only emperors where allowed to wear. The emperor is clean-shaved and he is the only haloed figure in the scene. The level of detail of his clothes is quite astoninshing.
