Prague 2016

Josefov Prague's Jewish ghetto, was surrounded by a wall until 1890s when it was demolished to make way for streets of luxurious five-floor mansions. Nevertheless six synagogues, the Jewish town hall and the medieval cemetery still survive. They where preserved on Hitler's express orders to form an "Exotic Museum of an Extinct Race".
