Haut-Kœnigsbourg Castle

The castle inspires artists, musicians and writers. Two films were shot there: the first, in the late 1930s by Jean Renoir, called “The Great Illusion”, with a pacifist focus, considered a classic by the French; and in 1956 director Jacques Becker filmed "The Adventures of Arsène Lupin", a very amusing French character.
