Hotel: Beijing Plaza **** A quite far away from the city centre, but the subway station is just in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equiped, but the carpet it is not very clean.
Free Wi-Fi only available in the lobby. Breakfast is good. The staff does not speak english at all, and this is a little annoying. The hotel required a deposit. |

Restaurant: Yihe Spring *** Elegant restaurant with Hunan and Cantonese cuisine. Offers great wedding halls and also private rooms. |

Restaurant: Old Town Roses *** Located on the South bank of the Liangma River, has a rustic European style. The service was excellent and the food also european style, a favourite with diplomats and locals. |

Hotel: Xian Titan Times ***** A luxory hotel with a great location. Rooms are huge with a sitting area, a desk and a big bed, and very well equiped (two TVs for example, one of then in the bathroom).
All was spotlessly clean and the service was great. My room has beautiful views over the City Walls. The breakfast was spectacular with all kind of food, chinese and european. Free Wi-Fi was available in the rooms. |

Restaurante: De Fa Chang ** One of Xian's most famous restaurants. Specialized in dumplings, has more than 200 different kinds of them. Located in the city centre, very near the Drum Tower and the Bell Tower.

Hotel: Shanghai Courtyard Puxi ***** Well located and well comunicated. The subway station is very near. Big rooms with superb bathroom. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great variety of Chinese and Western dishes.
