The most impressive point of the Erculean Addition is the Quadrivio degli Angeli, where Corso Ercole I d'Este crosses Corto Porta Mare-Corso Biagio Rossetti: this was supposed to be the main crossroad of the Addition, enriched by richly decorated palazzi.
