Piazza Cavour is the seat of the political power of Rimini, one side welcomes the facades of Palazzo dell'Arengo, Palazzo Garampi (seat of the Municipality) and Palazzo del Podestà while another is occupied by the Galli Theater, inaugurated in 1857 by Giuseppe Verdi and reopened to the public in 2018 after a careful restoration.
