Baltic Republics 2011

Tartu claims to being Estonia's spiritual capital as was the cradle of Estonia's 19th century national awakening. It is Estonia's premier university town with a handsome centre and a beautiful botanical garden. In the south of the city lie Haanja National Park with quaint towns settled on wandering rivers or picturesque valleys.
