The policeman Otto is located on the Münzplatz and stands for the police officers who served in the police station at this square from 1952 to 1978. Next to the policeman sits the market woman Ringelstein. Until the 1960s, the Münzplatz was the city's market square. Even today, a weekly market takes place every Saturday on Münzplatz.
