Yunnan province is located in the southwest of China and offers a great diversity of landscapes, climate and people. From the Tibetan highlands in the northwest, to the tropical rainforests
in the south, with many plains and hills crossed by Asia's great rivers in the center. This region is home to a third of China's ethnic minorities and has much in common with its neighbours
Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam.
