On the Rhineland-Palatinate side of the Rhine, the 53-metre-high, neo-Romanesque bridge tower of the "old" Worms Rhine Bridge (Nibelungen Bridge), called the "Nibelungen Tower", has been preserved - a monumental tower in the "Nibelungen style" and representative entrance to the city of Worms.
