The Black Sea Coast is an important rival to Spain and Greece in attracting international tourists.
But more than long sandy beaches and plenty of sunshine the region also has a rich historic heritage,
with Roman ruins in Varna, medieval churches in Nessebar and old houses in Sozopol.
