The Dodecanese 2017

Kos is the second largest island of the Dodecanese. It has a pleasant climate and fertile land. Kos has attracted settlers since 3000 BC, and Hippocrates's teachings increased the island's renown. The Romans, the Knights of St. John, the Turks and the Italian let their mark on the island. All this makes antiquities and beaches the main attraction for tourists.
