Gdansk Olt Town (Stare Miasto) is dominated by the Great Mill, the biggest mill in medieval Europe and a mix of old and new buildings.
The cranes of Gdansk Shipyards are visible from most angles of the city, and traces of the struggle of the 1980s are presents in the
surroundings. Finally the modern Oliwa suburb has one of the best-known buildings in the city, its cathedral.
